COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

OVEN:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove plastic and place on a baking sheet. Place in oven on middle rack and bake for 20 minutes. Flip bacon wrapped scallops over and broil for 5-10 minutes for crispier bacon.

GRILL:

Remove plastic and place on aluminum foil. Place on grill set to medium heat and cook for 20 minutes. Flip bacon wrapped scallops over and cook for 5-10 minutes for crispier bacon.

* Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
