Do you sell wild caught and farm raised seafood?
Yes. We offer a wide assortment of both wild caught and farm raised seafood. And, no, it's not bad for you and the environment! Really, or we wouldn't be supporting it.
Can I freeze the fresh ready-to-eat cooked fish, shellfish and seafood salads?
For the best taste and highest quality experience, we do not recommend you freeze any of the ready to eat products we offer.
Where are your Fresh Salads made?
Fresh Seafood salads are hand prepared in an incredibly safe and secure area of our facility where extreme standards are met to ensure your food is prepared and packaged safely. If you haven't tried our seafood salads, you must!
Where does City Pier get its seafood?
Because City Pier is the direct-to-consumer division of Raw Seafoods, Inc, we have the unique and incredible opportunity to offer the highest quality, premium seafood from the most reputable, and sustainably sourced harvesters and fisheries in the world!

What kind of bacon is used on the bacon-wrapped products?
Our (amazing!) bacon-wrapped products are hand-wrapped using par-cooked hickory-smoked bacon. Using par-cooked bacon ensures your bacon-wrapped scallops and shrimp are cooked to perfection, without overcooking the seafood.
Where are the butters made for the Bake in Bag entrees?
Our compound butters are made fresh right here at our processing facility using only the highest quality combinations of herbs and spices.

Is it possible to purchase City Pier Seafood in bulk?
Absolutely! If you're interested in making a bulk purchase of City Pier products for a special occasion, clam boil, wedding, giant cookout... whatever! - we want to talk with you and take care of you!
What is your return/refund policy?
Because of the nature of our perishable products, we don't accept returns, and we don't want to stick you with a return fee. That's just not right.
I was sent a coupon and forgot to use it when I placed my order - how can I have this applied?
Darn! - We hate it when that happens! (We've been there) In the event you forgot to enter a coupon code when placing your order, please contact Customer Care asap, within 24 hours of clicking the Submit Order button and we'll work with you to address it.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
No. City Pier wants you to select whatever you would like and purchase on whatever timeframe works best for you.
Is there a minimum order I need to place?
No. But - to be perfectly honest, due to the challenges associated with logistics, insulated packaging, and timing for shipping perishable food, it's always a better value and an advantage for you to place a larger order.
How do I track my order after it's placed?
After you click "Submit Order", you will receive an order confirmation email from City Pier Seafood, stating we received your order and will begin processing it to get it shipped.
Do you send along cooking instructions and recipes?
Creating recipes and finding the ones we love is one of the most fun parts of our job, second only to offering an incredible assortment of premium seafood! While we typically don't include recipe cards in the shipments themselves, we've made it easy for you to access an incredible assortment of recipes.
Can I have a shipping address that's different from my billing address?
Yes. You can have a different shipping and billing address on your orders.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
If you prefer to not create an account you may checkout as a guest.
How do I view and track my order history?
Order history is available to those who have created an account. Sign in to your account and select the "My Orders" from the account menu.

Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. Shipping charges are based on the total value of the order and the address the order is being shipped to.
Is my online purchase secure?
Yes, you can rest assured that your purchases from City Pier are secure.
Do you save and have access to my credit card?
No. City Pier Seafood has a merchant account with our secure payment processor for processing your transactions.
What method of payments can be used to make a purchase?
City Pier Seafood currently accepts all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
City Pier currently delivers to the 48 continental United States.
Do you guarantee my frozen order will arrive frozen and within a specific amount of time?
We have made arrangements with our freight providers to ensure your shipment of frozen seafood will arrive within two days of leaving our facility.
One of the product packages in my order broke during transit, is it safe to cook and eat?
Yes. In the case of frozen products, we suggest you wrap the product securely before placing it in the freezer. Fresh products with damaged packaging should be placed in an air-tight container and refrigerated.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
No. City Pier orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Not yet! - But this is a feature we look forward to offering to make gift giving a breeze!
Is City Pier packaging eco-friendly and sustainable?
Yes. City Pier Seafood is as committed to the environment as we are with protecting the oceans and sea life. Our shipping cartons and insulation are 100% curbside recyclable.
Can I have my order shipped to a business address?
Yes. City Pier Orders can be shipped to a business address.
When will my order be delivered?
Due to the logistics (and challenges!) with shipping perishable food, and our commitment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition, City Pier ships orders Monday through Thursday for a one-to-two-day delivery.
How can I safely dispose of the dry ice and cold packs that came in my shipment?
Never touch dry ice with your bare hands! To dispose of dry ice, place it in a well-ventilated area at room temperature; the remainder of the ice will sublimate away
Do you guarantee my order will arrive fresh and within a specific amount of time?

Whom do I contact if there's an issue with my order?
Well, we sure hope this never happens, but in the unlikely event you have an issue with your order, we've made it easy to reach out to us so we can remedy the situation.
My fresh order arrived and the gel packs have completely thawed, is the seafood safe to eat?
If the fresh product is cool to the touch, you can safely place it in the refrigerator and consume it within two days. Raw fish and shellfish can be placed in the freezer for use at a later date.
How are you ensuring the people packaging and shipping my order are COVID-free?
The City Pier Seafoods and Raw Seafoods, Inc. facility have taken great strides and care to ensure the safety, cleanliness and health of our environment and all associates. We have strict rules in place to ensure everyone who enters and works in our facilities and offices are healthy before they walk in the door.
My shipment arrived and one of my items is spoiled – who do I contact to remedy this?
