I was sent a coupon and forgot to use it when I placed my order - how can I have this applied?

Darn! - We hate it when that happens! (We've been there) In the event you forgot to enter a coupon code when placing your order, please contact Customer Care asap, within 24 hours of clicking the Submit Order button and we'll work with you to address it.

You can reach Customer Care in one of these three ways:
  • COMING SOON: Live Chat online between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm EST Monday through Friday, click on the Chat icon at the bottom right of the website.
  • Email CustomerCare@CityPierSeafood.com. Please provide your order number when emailing and we'll address the issue and reach out to you within 24 hours.
  • Call Customer Care at (774) 357-5420 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm EST. In the event you call after hours, please leave a message and one of our Customer Care representatives will reach out to you within 24 hours.


In the event the coupon was for a free item and your order was already processed and prepared for shipment, we'll need to make it right on your next order. We'll take care of these on a case-by-case basis. We're here to serve you and want you to have a great experience!

Also - if you already placed your order and another becomes available, right after - we get it... and feel your pain. Unfortunately, newly-released coupon codes and special offers cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
