Lobster Mac & Cheese can be baked from frozen or thawed overnight under refrigeration.

BAKE FROM FROZEN: Remove lid. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly, starting to brown and product reaches 165°F.

BAKE FROM THAWED: Thaw overnight under refrigeration. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until edges are bubbly, starting to brown and product reaches 165°F.
