Norah's favorite City Pier Seafood product is Swordfish, and anything else she can transform into a spicy curry.

Norah Candito is no fan of fad diets and calorie restriction. Instead, she preaches balance and variety with a focus on whole foods.

The owner of Nutrition with Norah and a specialist in gastrointestinal and hormone health, Norah customizes plans for healthy weight loss, relief from chronic illness, including diabetes, and sports performance for athletes of all ages. She is also a pediatric dietitian in Boston Children’s Hospital’s Growth and Nutrition Program.

A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in dietetics, Norah completed her graduate studies at New York University, also in nutrition. Kitchen creativity is her number one pastime, but cycling, hiking and walking are right there at the top of the list. Her dog, Blue, wouldn’t have it any other way.
