Are you having trouble deciding which seafood salad roll you should make? We're making miniature rolls for that reason! You can have one of each guilt-free, and still get the same great taste!

Method

  1. Trim just enough of each bun's long sides to create straight edges. Each bun should be brushed with melted butter. Cook each buttered side for about 30 seconds in a large skillet over medium heat. (or not! It’s delicious with just the butter!)
  2. The City Pier Shrimp salad mixture should be divided among the buns and sliced in half crosswise. Garnish with your favorite greens.
