Mini Seafood Salad Rolls
Are you having trouble deciding which seafood salad roll you should make? We're making miniature rolls for that reason! You can have one of each guilt-free, and still get the same great taste!

- 6 top-split hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 City Pier Seafood Salad Medley
- Trim just enough of each bun's long sides to create straight edges. Each bun should be brushed with melted butter. Cook each buttered side for about 30 seconds in a large skillet over medium heat. (or not! It’s delicious with just the butter!)
- The City Pier Shrimp salad mixture should be divided among the buns and sliced in half crosswise. Garnish with your favorite greens.
