Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 4 leaves of bibb lettuce
- 1 tray of City Pier Salad of Choice
- Lobster Salad
- Calamari Salad
- Shrimp Salad
- City Pier Seafood Salad
- 1 large tomato
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 handful parsley, to garnish
- salt & pepper, to taste
Method
- Slice tomato and cucumber thinly and layer onto plated bibb lettuce.
- Fill each wrap with your choice of City Pier Seafood Salad. Serve immediately.
