Ingredients
- 10-12 pieces shrimp
- 2 cups day old cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup defrosted mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, and green beans)
- 3 whole cloves, minced
- 4 large eggs, whisked
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- green onion, thinly sliced
Method
- Heat pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil on medium heat and cook whisked eggs until slightly cooked
- Remove scrambled egg and heat pan with 1 tbsp oil and minced garlic for 1 minute
- Add rice and mix to combine
- Add mixed vegetables and shrimp and mix to combine
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Adjust to taste
- Add green onion and serve!
