Ingredients and Method


  • 10-12 pieces shrimp
  • 2 cups day old cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup defrosted mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, and green beans)
  • 3 whole cloves, minced
  • 4 large eggs, whisked
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • green onion, thinly sliced


  1. Heat pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil on medium heat and cook whisked eggs until slightly cooked
  2. Remove scrambled egg and heat pan with 1 tbsp oil and minced garlic for 1 minute
  3. Add rice and mix to combine
  4. Add mixed vegetables and shrimp and mix to combine
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Adjust to taste
  6. Add green onion and serve!
